Prior to Ray purchasing his first brokerage in 2001 Ray has worked in the financial services business since 1984 where he started his career in the Irish Permanent Building Society. From there he has since worked for some of the biggest financial services companies in the country such as Woodchester Investments, Zurich, Scottish Provident and Norwich Union where he gained some invaluable experience.

Tara has joined us in 2016. She over 20 years experience in the industry, having worked in Account Management roles in Insurance Brokers, JLT Ireland & Insurance Company FBD Insurance. Tara has in-depth knowledge and understanding of management and placement of all insurance policies in a vast array of sectors including – Construction, Retail, Hospitality, Food/Agricultural, Manufacturing, Distribution.

Having worked in the Insurance Industry for the past 20 years Patrick brings a diverse range of expertise to the role as Director of Life, Pensions & Investments. Having worked in both an Insurance Company and an Insurance Brokerage, he has built up a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of financial services and tax planning.

Michelle joined us in 2016. Michelle has been in the insurance industry since 2007 and has a vast knowledge of the motor and home insurance market which allows her to provide excellent insurance solutions to clients. Previously Michelle worked for Campion Insurance for 4 years where she was team leader and before that she was a customer service executive in Insure.ie. Prior to this she worked as a claims executive for 5 years with Quinn direct.

Maria worked in Aviva for 7 years before joining us in 2012. Currently support to Tara Thompson for the administration of all Commercial Insurance Business. Maria was the winner of the IBA Commercial Lines Broker of the Year award 2014.

Lesley-Anne has joined us in 2015. Previously she worked for First Credit for 3 years where she was in charge of a large sales team. Previous to that she worked for Chill Insurance as a team leader and before that she worked for Zurich Life where she had a senior position in their Sales Support Department.
